Kall8 lets you customize how the toll free calls are forwarded based on time of day, who is calling, or the call origination.

How it Works?

Set a schedule to automatically forward your calls based on any of the following:

• State from which the call originated
• Time of day
• Day of the week
• Area code
• Area code + Prefix
• Specific 10-digit phone number

Calls can be sent to a specific phone number, directly to voice mail, or simply blocked.

Types of Call Forwarding

Time of Day Forwarding

Have your calls forwarded to specified destinations based on the time of day. Stay in contact with your customers even when you are away from the office or in a different time zone.

Geographic Forwarding

Automatically direct your calls to the correct agent or office based on the state or area code from which the call originated. This feature is especially useful for geographically dispersed dealers conducting joint advertising campaigns.

Offshore Surcharges: Calls to toll free numbers that originate from the following locations will be charged a per-minute surcharge in addition to the listed per-minute rate of the call. Location Per-Minute Surcharge: Alaska $0.07, Hawaii $0.07, Puerto Rico $0.21, US Virgin Islands $0.21, Guam $0.32, Saipan $0.71 Note: The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requires that payphone owners be reimbursed for calls using their phones made to toll-free numbers. The tariffed rate is 60¢ per call. (This charge is per call, not per-minute, and is in addition to the normal per-minute rate.) Calls originating in Alaska and Hawaii are an additional 7¢ per minute, calls originating in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands are an additional 21¢ per minute.
